I have spent the last twelve years researching complementary therapies and have dedicated the last five years studying and researching consumers’ relationship between food and health. Our diet and food choice play such an integral role in our health and well-being. Through my years of studying and reading about food, nutrition and health, mostly motivated by my own quest for health, I wanted to become a practitioner so I could apply my knowledge in practice and most importantly help others. Please see my services for information on programmes and prices.
I have two main career paths; my own holistic therapy practice and my academic teaching and research career. My research complements my practice as both are dedicated to educating the consumer on nutrition, diet and health consumption.
